Today at work a girl in a Tokio Hotel sweatshirt AND t-shirt [overkill, much |D] told me she liked my industrial peircing... I said thank you while I lol'ed on the inside xD

I'm really gonna miss this class when it's over - everyone in it is so awesome! Even sensei - lol, I think she should just teach us Japanese II even though like, no one signed up for it xD

Happy day was happy~
I don't know why today was a good day... especially after yesterday >_>

This morning I was reading a bunch of good Watchmen reviews online. Yes! I'm still obsessed with it! I can't help it - everytime I think about it I come to some new revelation that's just as astonishing as the one I made before it ^_^
So Watchmen made me happy. again.

I definatly thought I was going to lose my good mood in Aural Theory class cause we were getting our midterm back from before break and I was almost 100% sure that I failed.
But I didn't. I got a B.

After going over the midterm we learned about identifying 7th chords.

I'm going to post again tonight with pictures for today and yesterday but I just have a question for anyone who wants to answer:

So yeah, from Friday afternoon to this [Sunday] afternoon I was in Altoona, PA for a Social Justice retreat sponsered by PALOMA which I forget what that stands for.... I know the P is Pennsylvania. ^^

It was really fun and interesting. There were a lot of presentations where we were talked at but there were also a few activites which were really fun and also eye-opening.

Haha, there was one where we had to stay in these tape boxes on the ground cuase they were our community we had to do like get building permits and such but the "cops" gave benefits to some of the groups and I know we had, like, 15 people in this one small box when other groups could spread out more.
Well, anyway at one point one of the "cops" was giving me a hard time [it's a long story but we sent for a building permit and were prevented from getting it and we just started building (they were index cards lol) anyway]
SO - the cop was giving me a hard time.... I don't really like cops giving me a hard time >_> So I was trying to talk my out of it.... this is like, habit now. The "cop" ended up just walking way and Tom [whose from Jersey and has told me this before] was like, "I LOVE your NY accent!"
Me: ....? .... Oh, cause I was pissed, lol, it got worse :P

Today God was hilarious... in the beginning of the class we were talking about the Watchman movie and at one point the profesor was like "And, who has no idea what I'm talking about?" xD and like half the class raised their hands.
Then he deicided to make somesort of metaphor with absinthe. And again was like "And, who has no idea what I'm talking about?" and the same people raised their hands :P That's a fun class. We have a paper due in a few weeks called "What we believe about God". I've been writting it in my head for the past few days xD

In other news my Music Theory professer still cracks me up. He has this Chinese/British accent [legit] and today he said something like "You MATH enthusiast's will like this" but I coulda swore the first few times he said it he said METH enthusiasts and was just like "o.o what."

OH!! And I just remembered something else!
There are a bunch of people in my room right now and I'm at my desk [I was reading an assignment and now I'm just online xD] but they were talking about my Miyavi poster and Ashley [my roomate] was like, "Christa, who's that girl?".
First, I didn't hear cause I had my headphones in.
Second time I didn't really know what she was talking about.
^_^ Then I was like, "Oh... that's a guy.... he's a guitarist :D"

Today was fun - I didn't have much to do ^^

It was the first AES [Audio Engineering Society] meeting of the year and then we also had a general music major meeting.

We had to read some short essays for english and I think I'm really going to like this class about Creative Nonfiction. xD

I've been kind of skimming my friends page lately cause of the work I need to get done, but soon I should get back into the habit of checking more often xD

The thing is though, that I'm good at, like, rollar blading and ice skating... you'd think I'd be good at roller skating...
I mean, I'm not horrendous but... let's just say there was relay race and I can't turn once I start going fast and now I can't bend my left leg at the knee :P

Oh yeah, this was an LVEP event. Lebanon Valley Educational Partnership.
It's pretty cool - we all get little middle school/high school kids to mentor and if they make it though the whole program they get to come to LVC for free xD
