In other news - apparently Yoshiki's holding a press conference on February 11th... good news? I hope so~

yeah, we ended up not being able to go to DC and see The Fray ;_;

The only good thing is that we save a bunch of money ^^
oh... and we got to read all the X news from their successful [yes, successful!!] show in Hong Kong.

Melissa and I are going into the city tomorrow to go ice skating and go do other jrock-related things ^_^

Two more days till I leave to go back to school o.o

I've been cleaning my room... still doing it actually. I'll probably just stop for the night soon and continue tomorrow since it really seems like Melissa and I aren't getting tickets to see The Fray down in DC.

It makes me really sad - we got SO close SO many times to getting tickets. This one really nice guy was going to sell us his tickets but then got a wayyyy better offer and he felt so bad for having to tell us no then but he said he really needed to money. He even offered to help us find tickets to the show in NY. Too bad it's on a Wednsday night in Feb >_> That's the whole reason we were trying to go this weekend.

Whatever. :(

Anyway today was my last day of work for the break. I still have next week off and then I go back to school the week after that.

Listening to The Fray right now proabably isn't a good thing... it makes me almost willing to do anything to see them in DC this weekend... Melissa keeps looking up tickets on eBay but they keep getting just a bit too expensive too fast :P I really hope we're able to get tickets...
Apparetly my uncle called today to say that we could stay at his appartment if we do go down for the concert but warned us that it's Inauguration [... don't think I spelled that right, but you know what I mean]
But I feel like driving would be cheeper and we wouldn't have to drive into DC at all really - my uncle lives in Silver Springs, MD. xD

... I just REALLY hope we're able to go.
